Luna’s Home Remodeling · Houston
Privacy policy
This notice explains how Luna’s Home Remodeling handles information provided through our Facebook and Instagram enquiry forms, through contact links on this site, and during follow-up about a remodeling project.
Information you provide
When you request information or discuss a project, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or project location, the type of work you are considering, your budget range, your preferred timeframe, and any other details you choose to share. A Facebook or Instagram form may prefill contact details from your profile; you can review them before submitting.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, discuss your project, check our service area, arrange a consultation or estimate, and manage related follow-up and customer service. We may contact you using the contact details you provide, subject to your preferences and any consent required for the method of contact. Providing an enquiry does not by itself authorise unrelated automated marketing.
Who may receive it
Our team and service providers helping us manage enquiries, advertising forms, communications and customer records may process this information for those purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect legal rights. Facebook and Instagram process information under Meta’s privacy policy; this notice describes our handling of enquiries received by our business.
This website
This site has no contact-form database, advertising pixel or analytics script added by us. When you email us or visit our Instagram page, you leave this website and use those services. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Keeping information
Enquiry and customer records are kept for the time needed to handle your request, manage an ongoing project, and meet relevant recordkeeping or legal obligations. You can contact us about information associated with your enquiry or request its removal; some records may need to be retained for those obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to stop enquiry follow-up, correct inaccurate details, or provide access to or delete your information by emailing the address below. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information. Any rights available under applicable privacy law remain unaffected.
